Marshall House is a mid-rise senior community located in the heart of Marshall.

Marshall House is the PERFECT fit for seniors, aged 62, or any age of disability! We are now accepting applications for our one and two bedroom apartments. Our community is situated on beautifully landscaped acreage situated along side Rice Creek. We have a gazebo for summer socializing and barbeques and paved walking paths to enjoy the gorgeous scenery by foot or wheelchair. The wildlife is abundant at Marshall House. The deer enjoy visiting here also. We have a beautiful large screened 3 season room overlooking the beautiful scenic property. We have a library on site with free use of books, computers and the internet. We also have a large community room with a large screen TV and DVD player. At Marshall House, we strive for comfort and community! Our Community offers opportunities for planned dinners, social events and activities on a monthly basis - in fact it's the way of life at the Marshall House.
