To ensure that our clients are comfortable in our developments, Medallion Management, INC employs a dependable team on-site. Their mission is to ensure that our client’s needs are met by providing quick and efficient customer service. Our on-site team is made up of the following roles:
This person is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and community management of the development. All resident managers are encouraged to obtain their real estate license within a year of employment if they do not already have one.
The office manager is responsible for the day-to-day occupancy, community management, and paperwork for the development. We encourage our office managers to obtain their real estate license within the first year of employment if they do not already have one.
Their job is to ensure that the day-to-day aspects of the apartment community are handled. Our maintenance team will respond to and complete all work orders within 24 hours. The staff member in the maintenance supervisor position is required to be on emergency call 24 hours a day.
Our groundskeeping team focuses on maintaining the property’s appearance to the highest standards at all times as set forth by the maintenance supervisor. They are also responsible for the day-to-day physical aspects of the development.
We strive to ensure that the people living in the development area are in a clean and comfortable environment. To this end, our in-house cleaning team is responsible for cleaning hallways, common areas, and vacant units as directed by the resident manager.
This role primarily focuses on taking messages and delegating the proper individuals to follow up on normal maintenance requests in the event that the resident manager is absent.
